Great points and well worth the read. I will be making an effort to stick to a stricter schedule for my work day. The days that I was able to do this, our home life greatly improved. I enjoy my work but I also enjoy being able to be with my family. Setting clear boundaries is an important part of being able to give 100% to both work and family.
